I have not received my Instructor Credentials! What now?

The time it takes before you receive your credentials is normally 2-3 weeks after the course
However, this time frame depends on how quickly the Instructor Trainer sent the paperwork to DAN Training.

After registration, you will receive an email confirmation that your Instructor credentials will be processed and shipped..
You can also enter your MyDAN area to see your credentials and when they were sent.

If you have not received the credentials, please contact the DAN Instructor Trainer or DAN Europe Training directly at training@daneurope.org

In order to be able to help you we need at least the following details:

• Your name and date of birth
• Name of the DAN Course followed and course date
• Name of the DAN Instructor Trainer
• Number of the student kit (registration number)

The above mentioned info can be found on your Successful Completion Card

If the credentials were sent but not received, DAN Training will resend them. If DAN Training did not receive a course registration, we will contact the DAN Instructor Trainer and make sure all is sent soon after.
